01
ICT and structured cabling
Structured cabling is the organised network infrastructure that carries data and communications through a building: cable runs, outlets, patch panels and cabinets. A properly planned system makes networks easier to manage and expand and supports other systems such as CCTV and access control.
02
CCTV
CCTV cameras help protect people, property and stock and give you a record of what happens on site. We install camera systems for homes, offices, hotels, schools and hospitals, with cameras placed to cover entrances, circulation areas and other points of risk.
03
Fire alarm systems
Fire detection and alarm systems give early warning so people can evacuate and respond quickly. We install fire alarm systems as part of building projects including hospitals, hotels and schools, where life safety is critical.
04
Access control and time attendance
Access control manages who can enter which areas, and time attendance records staff arrival and departure. They are used in our hospital and headquarters projects to support secure, well-organised day-to-day operations.
05
Intercom
Intercom systems let occupants communicate between points such as the gate, reception and rooms. They are a practical addition for residences and offices that want to control entry.
06
Electric motor gates and magnetic door locks
Motor gates open and close vehicle entrances automatically, and magnetic door locks secure doors and release them under control. Together they support site security at residential and commercial compounds, as at the Shades of Green Safaris headquarters and the Mbweni residence.
07
Air conditioning
Air conditioning is installed together with the building’s electrical supply so that power capacity and cabling are planned correctly. We have included air conditioning in hospital, headquarters and residential projects.
